www.hmmagazine.com  HM Magazine is a Christian rock magazine. It is a good resource to find good Christian rock, metal, hardcore, punk, and other styles or music along the hard edge of taste.

www.ccmmagazine.com  Christian music magazine that covers lighter musical styles than HM Magazine.

www.bible.org  Great resource that has daily Bible reading plans, commentaries, answers to questions, along with a host of other great sources.

www.carm.org  This is the Christian Apologetics and Research Ministry. Has some good articles in it.

About Our Youth Ministry

The youth have ministered around the Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex. They've been to Mission Arlington and Beautiful Feet Ministries in Ft Worth, Texas.  They've attended various camps.  In the summer of 2007 they went to Go Tell Camp at Stephen F. Austin University, which is put together by Go Tell Ministries and to the Mission Lab at New Orleans Seminary in 2008. Most recently we took a mission trip with World Changers to New Orleans. Soon we will be making plans for our summer camp and mission trip for 2010. Won't you pray about joining us? If you would like more information, please contact .

In December the youth participated in an "Elf Run" where they collected foods to make a holiday meal for a needy family.  The youth enlisted the entire congregation and togehter we collected enough meals to provide 8 families with a holiday meal!  In addition, the youth adopted the senior citizens of the Sunny Hills Nursing Home.  They put together bags containing blankents, socks, mittens, hats, snacks and other items for 23 residents!

We have many mission, ministry and fellowship events scheduled this year.  Please come and join us at Sycamore!
